Allison was my service technician- she went above and beyond to figure out what was going on. I needed a software update and it was not showing up. Allison and the tech decided to run a diagnostic test.

We were out of town and had an emergency problem after lunch with or ES 300h. Our service advisor Dean quickly diagnosed the problem, had it repaired in an hour and a half and at a reasonable price. He took CARE of us NOT ADVANTAGE of us. I was treated as family, Lexus Family and we didn’t even buy the car from Sterling McCall. I was left with my choice of Lexus being again affirmed. And, a new friend trusted named Dean.
They had my car and me mixed up, I think the whole time lol but mistakes happen so no worries. You can tell when someone is really sorry for something and she was I tried to tell her it's all good I got more time then money
