My salesperson, Yung, went above and beyond to find the RX we were looking for. With COVID-19, it took some time (we wanted the Pearl White with Black interior), but was worth the wait. When the car arrived, Yung notified me. We were only at the dealership for a couple of hours - even with their computer systems going down (it was storming that day)!Peter in Finance was also very pleasant to work with! In-and-out so quick! I was maybe in his office for 10-15 minutes.I will DEFINITELY get another Lexus with Sterling McCall Clear Lake!

Dennis is awesome! This is the second time I’ve had him as a service advisor and he means business. He will always get you taken care of and listen to your concerns. Very efficient and effective! Today was probably the busiest Saturday for the service shop and I still had excellent customer service from not only Dennis but the guys who help out with the valet as well.

I conveyed my wishes in what I wanted in a car before my scheduled appointment with her. When I arrived at the dealership, my wishes were granted in a new 2020 Lexus ES 350 F-Sport. Overall good. Had to wait to receive my car the next day. It was delivered to me however which was really helpful since I don’t live close to the dealership.
