The Lexus ES has been reinvisioned to make it an even more classy vehicle. There’s a new standard 8-inch infotainment display that’s placed closer to the driver for close access, a 12.3-inch touch screen is also optional as an upgrade as well. The 2022 Lexus ES will also have two new exterior colors (Iridium and Cloudburst Gray), they pair well with the brand new interior color schemes.
While Lexus hasn’t officially released any engine details for the 2022 ES models, a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine is expected to come standard. Some optional trims will be equipped with a game changing Dynamic Handling Package that will equip a user based drive mode and sport plus drive modes. The 2022 ES has upgraded the braking system, using a bigger brake pedal to keep buyers more comfortable.
The design of the 2022 Lexus ES has some slight changes to the range of wheel choices and the bold mesh grille. The LED headlights have been redesigned and are standard equipped on every 2022 ES model, with some slight tweaks to the rear of the car as well.
Drivers can also experience some new spectacular exterior and interior color schemes to customize each Lexus ES.
The tech of the 2022 ES has seen the biggest upgrades, from connectivity to safety amenities. Very disappointed, after repairs were completed I noticed greasy fingerprints on sun visors and handhold, took it back to have it cleaned and now it smells like a rental car, instead of the new car smell it had when I took it to them.
When I bought the car they asked me to take it even though the heads up display was defective and they would fix it (under warranty) when I brought it to them for maintenance. Then they tried to get me to pay for it and held my car for a a week. I called to no avail. I had to go personally to the dealership to get it resolved. Not used to this from Lexus.

This is the dealership where I bought my car and it is convenient to get my car serviced here. The staff are helpful, especially the people who check you in for your service provider. The wait time for a 40,000 mile service was quoted at 1.5 to 1.75 hours but my car was finished and ready for me in just over an hour. The amenities while waiting are nice and the entire dealership was renovated during Covid by new owners. The entire space is clean and open but can sometimes be loud And it is difficult at times to find a quiet place ...

Service department seems to lack in attentiveness. I waited outside my vehicle in the pull in garage for 5-10 minutes and no one approached me, including Dennis who was right in front of me at his desk. Finally a porter walked by & I asked him for help. Gratefully, he did. My car was washed after servicing but still obviously dirty on the backside by the license plate.

The revive department completed work in my car at noon. I had to wait until 1:30pm for the service rep to process my paperwork so I could pay and leave. That is a ridiculous waste of my time because someone was at lunch. Another service rep should cover for anyone gone for lunch to facilitate customers paying for service in a timely manner the technician did an excellent service job but the service rep was inefficient at her job by leaving me stuck for an additional 1 1/2 hours.
